1. Defining your confident self:

The first step to boost your confidence is actually defining and getting a basic idea of what kind of a person you will be if you have a much higher level than your present self and how it will affect your life. Take a pen and paper and write down the list no matter how long it is. Don’t just think about it and nod your head, but ACTUALLY jot it down because this will give you much more clarity and decisiveness.

2. Figure out the actions needed to achieve the desired results:

You have to always give something to the universe in order to get something. That’s a natural law of life. So now that you’ve clearly defined what type of person you want to be, figure out the actions or the habits you will need to reach the goal of becoming more confident.

3. Define who you need to be as a person:

Next, you have to define who you need to be, in order to carry out the specific actions needed to accomplish your goal of being more confident. There are so many people who seem highly productive, and do a great deal of work , but yet aren’t able to get what they want out of life. This is a major step towards gaining more confidence. So ask yourself, who you need to be, while carrying out the actions needed, in order to reach your objective.

 4. Getting familiar with your confident self:

Everyday, first thing in the morning, I want you to wake up and see or visualize yourself having 10x more confidence than you had yesterday in front of the mirror. Irrespective of how confident you were yesterday, you have to see yourself as a 10 times more confident person. It doesn’t matter what  other people think of you. What matters is how you see yourself.

5. Set up your surroundings :

You need to alter your surroundings in a way that encourages you to be more confident. Spend time with groups who breed confidence and motivate you instead of those who drain your energy. Every relationship that is not pushing you towards you goal is pulling you down.This may cost you giving up some friends but you have to remember that greatness has a cost. Other ways you can make your environment to promote confidence is by setting your bed after you wake up which will give you motivation at the start of the day or you could keep a confidential quote or a celebrity that you think has high confidence as your wallpaper.
