Step 1:
Go to google and search for formsubmit.co
Step 2:
Create a simple form using HTML.
Step 3:
Add your email id where you want form data & add this link in your form with email

Step 4:
Your website must be hosted by any platform. or use a temporary hosting platform to test.
Step 5:
Now go to your website and submit your form 1st time and you receive a activate form to mail in your mail so click on ACTIVATE FORM and all done.
